[Amman, 2nd of Jan 2024] — ArabiaWeather Group announced on [DAY] that it has completed a restructuring of its four companies, launching the group under a new identity and name; “Ard Group”, for which ArabiaWeather will serve as the group’s digital arm.
The move reflects the group’s growing focus on tackling climate security challenges, in response to growing global concern and awareness over extreme weather conditions, ranked by the World Economic Forum’s Global Risks Report 2024 as the top risk facing the globe today.

Ard Group CEO Mohammed Al Shaker said.
Under the new structure, Ard Group announced that it is now comprised of four companies, each responding to a growing demand in the field of climate security; "Ard Solutions," "Ard Labs," "Ard Academy," and "ArabiaWeather."
Formerly “MeteoWeather”, Ard Solutions specializes in climate security platforms and climate technology for governments and institutions across various sectors affected by climate change. Meanwhile, "Ard Labs", a newly established research and development hub, specializes in technology and artificial intelligence products.
“Ard Academy” on the other hand will lead the group’s mission of sharing knowledge and training workforces on new industries, including meteorology, climate science, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, content creation, and more.
ArabiaWeather, the group’s flagship company with a monthly reach exceeding 50 million people, will retain its name, the company announced, building on its well-established brand as a leading digital platform for weather and climate in the Arab world.
